What's the SyrianSoft Customer Support Center
Customers Support Center is our bug-tracking and suggestion database. It allows you to make suggestions to improve SyrianSoft's products, as well as to report bugs you find in our products. You can search for existing bugs and suggestions, review their status, validate bugs, vote on the importance of bugs and suggestions, join discussions, and view published workarounds.

Suggestions
Suggestions are requests for changes in design or behavior of software. You can see that the software is working as designed, but you'd like better or different functionality.

Bugs
Bugs are problems with software caused by mistakes in implementation or design. They may manifest as unexpected behavior that interferes with your work.
