Basic Search Options

To use the basic search, type the keywords that you would expect to find in the pages that contain your answer. The maximum search string length is 225 characters. Click the arrow to submit your query.

By default, the basic search searches all products and uses a weighted result set. This means that if a product is typed in the query, those articles will appear first in the list.
