Stimulated by SyrianSoft policy mainly to serve its customers and develop its work to keep it up-to-date with the international technology developments and web circulation, the company has rebuilt its website to offer the customers better services and gain a better and a more comprehensive demonstration of the products.

The most important enhanced features of the new site are:

New Look: The site has now a much more attracting and a simpler interface containing a list for an easier navigation among pages. It has been developed to become suitable to have a direct interaction with the customers.

Customers Log In: Each customer can create an account on the website to address SyrianSoft with the use of card sys. mentioned later on.

Cards System: The customer can create cards to quest about certain issues or report a problem that he is going through in the program. These cards will be directed to the Support team in SyrianSoft to be answered back through the site. The card may be sent back to the customers in case more details were requested. Through this phase, the customer can keep a track of his cards and know the procedures taken by SyrianSoft to deal with them.

Search: The ability to search through the articles and the knowledge base has been added to the new website.

Help:The site embodies a help system explaining site's most important features supported by pictures. Click here to access help.

SyrianSoft Company was established in 1992 by a group of engineers who started developing an accounting system working within the Windows System.

The first version of the program was issued in 1994, and it was commercially distributed in 1995. At that phase, its name was "Al-Ameen 3.1". It was the first accounting system working within the Windows System and Networks reaching Syrian market.

SyrianSoft then started to develop a version corresponding with the all Arab companies i.e. dealing with credit notes, English preface, support of multi currencies…in addition to developing reports and facilitating other processes with the merit of defining special bills and entries types. The name of the version at that time was "Al-Ameen 97".
Distribution of that version started in Lebanon first then Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and most Arab Countries. It became the No. 1 accounting system in respect of quality, support, development rapidity beside comprehensiveness and processing speed.

The program was then developed to work in collaboration with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and support New Windows Systems such as Windows 2000 And Windows XP. Al-Ameen 2002 was capable of handling massive data sizes with wonderful performance with a large number of users.

Al-Ameen 2004 - the present version in hand - embraces a collection of integral and consistent systems such as Restaurants ,POS, Hospitals, Orders, Distribution & Marketing, Transfers & Shipments, and Cars Workshops systems. In addition to the ability to import and export data between files automatically or manually with remarkable and distinguished statistical and analytical reports.

SyrianSoft is still persistent on sparing no effort in evolving the program in accordance with changing market requirements, keeping up with International Information Systems, and remaining No.1 Accounting System in Arab world.
